By accessing the website, creating an account, joining the game, and/or using related features,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and all referenced policies
(including Server Rules and Privacy Policy).
We may update, amend, or revise these Terms of Service from time to time, with announcements posted on our Discord.
Continued use of the services after such announcements constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2) Player Accounts and Identity Verification
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of our services.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (e.g., password) and all activities under your account.
You must not disclose or share your password with anyone, including friends, acquaintances, or individuals claiming to be staff.
If you share your password and suffer damages such as lost data, lost items, or account misuse, you are fully responsible. The staff is not obligated to compensate.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the staff immediately.
The staff reserves the right to request documents or evidence for identity verification when deemed necessary.
3) Server Rules and Enforcement
You must strictly comply with the Server Rules
and any additional announcements or guidelines. Violation of any rules may result in immediate punishment without prior notice,
such as Mute, Jail, Kick, Temporary Ban, or Permanent Ban.
Punishments under the rules do not entitle you to refunds, reinstatement of privileges, or compensation of any kind.
Staff decisions are final in all cases related to rule enforcement.
4) Ranks and Privileges
The server may offer various ranks (e.g., VIP, MVP, Paladin, Lord, Duke, Stonks, or event/special ranks).
These ranks provide certain privileges, such as additional commands, access to special areas, increased drop/experience rates,
prefix/tags, exclusive chat channels, and/or other benefits as announced.
Ranks and privileges are virtual assets with no real-world monetary value.
They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or converted into real-world currency or credit.
The staff reserves the right to adjust, add, remove, or revoke rank benefits without compensation.
If your account is permanently banned, all ranks and privileges will be revoked without refund.
Rank names, conditions, and privileges may change according to updates, plugins, or game balance adjustments.
5) Virtual Items and Assets
All in-game items (including coins, points, temporary rights, keys, loot boxes, skins, pets, etc.) are virtual assets for in-game use only.
We cannot guarantee the permanence or preservation of items in cases of bugs, accidental loss, player destruction, system/plugin updates, or server resets.
Exploiting bugs to obtain items is prohibited; such items may be removed without compensation, and violations will be punished.
Advertising, trading, or exchanging items/ranks for real money outside the authorized system is strictly prohibited.
6) Top-up, Payments, and Refund Policy
The top-up/donation system exists solely to support the operational and development costs of the server.
Any items, ranks, or privileges received are considered a form of support reward, not real-world property.
Please enter your player information (such as Username/IGN) correctly. If entered incorrectly and the privileges are sent to another account, the staff reserves the right to refuse adjustments.
Transaction confirmation times depend on business hours and processing queues.
The staff may request additional payment proof for verification purposes.
Every top-up is considered as full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
If a privilege is removed due to updates or system changes, the staff will find an appropriate in-game solution but no cash refunds will be given.
No refunds under any circumstances, including cases such as change of mind, quitting the game, being banned, or personal reasons.
If a system error occurs (e.g., credits/privileges not delivered), the staff will provide in-game items/privileges as compensation, not cash.
Filing disputes or chargebacks with banks/payment providers without contacting the staff first will be considered a violation and may result in permanent account suspension and revocation of all privileges.
Forgery of payment proofs/slips is considered fraud and will be subject to the highest penalty.
7) Disclaimer of Liability and Warranties
The services are provided "as-is," without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, lost data, or other costs resulting from use of the website/game/services.
Internet connectivity, player devices, and external software remain the responsibility of the player.
8) Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and maintain only necessary information for service delivery, such as account data, transaction history, and payment evidence,
for verification and customer support. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or for fraud investigation.
You are responsible for providing accurate and updated information when changes occur.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Service Changes/Termination
We may improve, modify, or discontinue certain features/services in whole or in part.
If permanent service termination is required, players acknowledge that no refunds or monetary compensation will be provided.
In some cases, we may offer suitable in-game item/privilege compensation at the staff’s discretion.
10) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction determined by the service provider.
Any disputes shall be subject to the competent court of that jurisdiction.
